The Eagle School Board meets on the third Thursday of the month at 6:00 PM on Zoom**.

Vision, Mission, and Values

Vision:
Each and every child prepared for a world yet to be imagined.

Eagle Charter School Bylaws

The purpose of these written bylaws, policies and procedures is to establish the organization of the school and to set forth the responsibilities of the individuals and committees. This document's purpose is to ensure continuous improvement through established processes.

Student Investment Account (SIA)

The Student Investment Account (SIA) is the K-12 portion of the funding approved by the Oregon Legislature in the Student Success Act. This funding is designed to improve achievement in schools and to reduce achievement gaps in historically underserved student populations. Eagle Charter School welcomes public feedback  about their use of SIA funds.

Board Meeting Participation

The board welcomes participation by the members of the public. To address an item on the agenda, before the scheduled start of the meeting, an individual must write their name and a short description of the agenda item on which they wish to comment on and submit this to the chair, along with any materials they way to distribute to the Board. If the individual wants to provide any written materials to the Board, these should be emailed or sent to the school principal at least twenty four (24) hours before the scheduled start of the meeting. The total time for any individual to present on an item on the agenda shall not exceed five (5) minutes, unless the Board grants additional time. Individuals desiring to make a formal presentation to the Board on an item not on the agenda but desiring it be placed on the agenda must provide notice and written submissions detailing the subject of the presentation to the school principal at least fourteen (14) days prior to the meeting. Any such presentation shall not exceed fifteen (15) minutes in duration, unless otherwise permitted by the chair.​​

**NOTE: The board will not hear complaints concerning individual school personnel. The chair will direct the speaker to follow written complaint procedures for consideration and disposition of legitimate complaints involving staff. Anyone failing to comply with rules of conduct or who causes a disturbance may be asked to leave by the chair and upon failure to do so becomes a trespasser.​​​
